EXHIBITION AT PICKERING STATION  -  Wednesday 27th July, 2011
At the end of May this year, I held my first public exhibition of my paintings and drawings for a number of years.  The exhibition ran for four days from 27 May to 30 May in the new Learning Centre at Pickering Station on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.  The venue was designed by me through our Architects practice, PPIY Ltd as part of the Heritage Lottery fund "Train of Thought" project, which also included the reinstatement of the original train shed roof.

The exhibition featured a selection of paintings and drawings of the Yorkshire and Nothumberland East Coast, various heritage railways - including the North Yorkshire Moors Railway - and a selection of life drawings.

The exhibition was a great success, with sales being made on both the preview evening and throughout the weekend.
